  "html": "<p><strong>TL;DR</strong>: <em>I'm switching to a new blog and a new domain, because\n0xDECAFBAD is not my name and WordPress is stupidly simple.</em></p>\n<p><a style=\"display: block; float: right; text-decoration: none; border: none; margin: 0 0 1em 1em; width: 310px;\" href=\"http://www.flickr.com/photos/nimbupani/4213397611/\" title=\"So Long and Thanks for All The Fish by nimbu, on Flickr\"><img src=\"http://farm5.staticflickr.com/4041/4213397611_b4eba76403.jpg\" width=\"\" height=\"\" alt=\"So Long and Thanks for All The Fish\"></a></p>\n<p>This is probably the last post you'll see from me on this blog. End of\nan era, and all that. I think I'm going to leave this thing as it is,\nas a pile of static HTML with mostly-working 10-year-old URLs.</p>\n<p>You'll probably see more from me, <a href=\"http://blog.lmorchard.com\">over at\nblog.lmorchard.com</a>. And, you can <a href=\"http://blog.lmorchard.com/2012/06/16/blogging-like-a-blogger\">read\nmore about my thoughts on the matter</a>\nas well. Mainly, I think I missed the simplicity of WordPress, for a\ncertain definition of simplicity.</p>\n<p>That, and <code>0xDECAFBAD</code> is not my name. It's a pun I thought was neat,\nabout 12 years ago. I'm not giving up the domain, but I think maybe I\nshould start doing more things with a domain that's closer to what I\ncall myself online and off. Some people like using handles and\npsuedonyms, and I respect that, but <code>0xDECAFBAD</code> was more of a <em>place</em>\nthan a name and no one's ever called me that. </p>\n<p>Well, you know, other than maybe in a context like \"Hey, aren't you\nthat decafbad guy?\" But, it turns out that <a href=\"https://www.google.com/search?q=decafbad\">there's more than one person in the\n<code>decafbad</code> namespace</a>, \nso I thought I might start drifting closer to the one my Mom gave me.\nI've grown to like it, despite some misgivings earlier in life.</p>\n<p>Anyway, cry not for this blog, for it had a great run.
