PipeFilters 0.3.7 published

Psst. Another version bump. Playing around with breaking filters out into their own definitions, to be referred to by the pipelines instead of embedded in them. This way, once I get around to doing the web UI to manage everything, I can have filter creation, acquisition, and trading all done separately from pipeline management.

Haven't heard much feedback from anyone using the tool, if anyone's using it. So for now, it's a fun exercise in how to get a Radio Tool put together from A-Z. Still learning the idiom. And I like what I see thus far.

Now if only I had a faster Mac and Radio didn't die on me as much.
